My name is Lance Munns. I was born and raised in Rexburg, and come from deep farming and ranching roots.
Athletics are a big part of my life. I played football, baseball, and basketball when I was young and got to play for the school teams at Madison High School. I was also a part of the Idaho Ballroom Academy where I competed for many wonderful years. Currently, I enjoy playing slowpitch softball and play on local league teams as well as a travel team where we play in tournaments around the area.
After graduating from BYU-Idaho, I attended Parker University in Dallas, TX to study Chiropractic. My dream to become a Chiropractor started in high school. Growing up, I had been adjusted on many occasions, and it fascinated me how the doctor could ask a few questions, perform a few tests, and gain a decent idea of what the problem was. Then he could help me get better by performing a simple adjustment. I decided I wanted to learn how to do that. While enrolled, I fell in love with anatomy and how the body functions with specific movements, and how I can help people like I was helped so many times.
During my final year at Parker, I was also accepted into the Animal Chiropractic program where I learned how to provide care to household pets and livestock. I earned my certification with the AVCA (Animal Veterinary Chiropractic Association) shortly after graduating from Parker in 2021.

Country Roads Chiropractic is a fully mobile, cash-only practice that comes to you at your own convenience. We specialize in traditional, manual adjustments for people and animals. We also provide Drop-table, and Activator adjustments for those that prefer those types of adjustment techniques.
We take our time with the adjustments to make sure you feel comfortable and acheiving the release you're looking for.
Other treatments we provide include soft tissue therapies such as Ultrasound, Red Light, Trigger Point Release, Electro-stim, and Vibration Release Therapy.
